About Dr. Robert Frost
Dr. Robert Frost is a renowned ski expert and winter sports specialist with over 30 years of experience in the industry. He has dedicated his life to skiing and sharing his passion with others through teaching, writing, and guiding.
After earning his PhD in exercise physiology with a focus on winter sports performance from the University of Colorado, Robert spent 10 years as a competitive skier, competing in both national and international events. Following his competitive career, he became a certified ski instructor and coach, teaching skiers of all levels from beginners to advanced racers.
